topI simply want to thank you and your team for the excellent after-care treatment. Although fully booked, you kindly fitted me into a cancellation slot. Your super service engineer soon established that I had a duff battery. Your friendly and helpful office ladies found me the necessary phone numbers and allowed me to use the office phone to order a new battery, which was then fitted within minutes of its delivery.
As always - a fantastic service! I shouldn’t really be surprised at this as it’s typical of the help and support I have always experienced from Richard, your good-self (Christine) and the rest of the After Sales team. I would again like to thank, your super office staff and the efficient engineer who so speedily sorted my problem. Please would you pass on my thanks to all concerned. You are all great!
