Caravan Club Design and Drive Award Winners

Autocruise are proud to announce two new and highly coveted awards for our range of coachbuilt motorhomes.
Both the Starburst and Gleaneagle were announced as winners of their class at the Caravan Club Design and Drive Award ceremony on Friday 11th May 2007.
Class Winner – Starburst (Autocruise Range)
Coachbuilts between £36,001 and £45,000.
Class Winner – Gleneagle (Autocruise Driving Range)
Coachbuilts over £45,001.
Joint Second in class Augusta (Autocruise Driving Range)
As ever, the vehicles were rigorously put through their paces at Newark Showground and the surrounding area – not only by the driving judges but by a team of design judges also. Design judges considered electrics, comfort, kitchen/washrooms, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems, technical aspects and stowage. Driving judges assessed vehicles’ road behaviour, acceleration, stability, manoeuvrability, noise and comfort.
